If you have questions that are not answered by the Help documentation or you are experiencing difficulties using GMW, please use one of the methods below:

1. To Request GMW Access: Log a ticket on the ELC Service Portal (search for “GMW”) and complete the “Global Marketing Website (GMW)” Request Access form.

2. To Report an Issue:

  • Internal ELC Users: Log a ticket on the ELC Service Portal using the “REPORT AN ISSUE” button. In the Summary Field, type “GMWHELP” to ensure the ticket gets assigned to the correct team.
  • By Phone: Call your local Service Desk telephone #.
  • Distributor Market Users: Call your ELC Representative to have them log a ticket on your behalf (either “REQUEST GMW ACCESS” or “REPORT AN ISSUE” ).
